Bleznick Beats Out Negreanu

Level 3 : 800/1,600, 200 ante
Jared Bleznick
Jared Bleznick

Omaha Hi-Lo

Jared Bleznick raised to 1,600 in the hijack, and Daniel Negreanu three-bet the small blind to 2,400. Bleznick called, then called 800 on the {Q-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop.

The turn landed the {J-Hearts}, and Negreanu bet 1,600, only to have Bleznick raise to 3,200. Negreanu called, and when the river landed the {4-Hearts}, he checked to Bleznick, who bet 1,600.

"I had you until the river!" announced Negreanu.

"No you didn't. I had you the whole way," responded Bleznick.

Eventually, Negreanu found a fold, and Bleznick tabled his {A-Clubs}{A-Spades}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs} for a wheel and a six-high straight.

Negreanu then announced he held {A-}{K-}{Q-}{2-} double-suited.

Cousineau and Owen Chop

Level 4 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Tony Cousineau limped in from under the gun, as did another player and Matt Grapenthien. John Monnette raised to 2,000 in the hijack, and Adam Owen made it three bets to go from the button.

Cousineau, the unknown player, Grapenthien, and Monnette all called as the flop landed {10-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{2-Spades}.

Monnette bet out 1,000, and Owen, Cousineau, and Grapenthien all called as the {K-Clubs} on the turn was met with a 2,000-chip Monnette bet that everyone called.

The river landed the {6-Spades}, and Cousineau bet out 2,000, Grapenthien folded, Monnette called, and Owen called.

Cousineau tabled his {A-Clubs}{4-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for the nut low as Monnette tabled his {Q-Spades}{J-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} for two pair. Owen, however, tabled his {A-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{9-Spades}{2-Clubs} for a bigger two pair, and he chopped the pot with Cousineau.

Fuchs Folding Down

Level 4 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante

Razz

Chris George completed and was met with a call before Carol Fuchs raised to 2,000. George clicked it back to 3,000 to force the player in the middle out before Fuchs called.

Both players checked fourth street, and George took the lead on fifth and bet 2,000. Fuchs called, but when confronted with another bet on sixth, she mucked her hand.

George: {X-}{X-} / {6-}{7-}{A-}{2-}
Fuchs: {X-}{X-} / {6-}{5-}{8-}{Q-}

Mizzi Scoops a Big One

Level 4 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante

Stud Hi-Lo

With over 20,000 in the middle of a four-way pot, an opponent bet on sixth street, getting a call from Jesse Martin and Sorel Mizzi. On Seventh street, the player bet again and called a raise from Mizzi.

Opponent: {x-}{x-}/{8-Spades}{A-Clubs}{7-Spades}{Q-Clubs}/{x-}
Mizzi: {x-}{x-}/{4-Hearts}{2-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{3-Spades}/{x-}

Mizzi revealed a wheel, flipping over {a-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} as his down-cards, and his opponent defeatedly tossed his cards into the muck.
