Flight 1b of Event #60: $888 Crazy Eights No-Limit Hold'em 8-Handed begins at 4 p.m.

The second of four starting flights of Event #60: $888 Crazy Eights No-Limit Hold'em 8-Handed will start at 4 p.m. today. Last year, this event drew 6,761 entries for a total prize pool of $5,403,391. Michael Lech took second place and two-time bracelet winner Loni Harwood also final tabled the event. It was recreational player Hung Le who won it all for a payday of $888,888 and a WSOP gold bracelet.

Players today will begin with 8,000 chips. Levels are 30 minutes long with breaks every four levels. Eighteen levels of play are scheduled for Day 1 flights with registration and unlimited reentries open through Level 8. A 60-minute dinner break is scheduled after Level 6 around 7:20 p.m. and breaks after Levels 10 and 14 will be 15 minutes long.
