Level 5 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Mark Gregorich faced off against Gary Benson, with the action caught up on the {6-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{2-Spades}{8-Diamonds} river. Benson, who was in the big blind, checked to Gregorich (under the gun). Gregorich fired 12,500 into a pot of roughly 30,000 chips. Benson took his time but eventually wanted to see Gregorich's cards and paid the price.

Gregorich opened his {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} for a top pair and top kicker, adding another chunk to his big stack.

Haxton Gives Up the River

Level 5 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Mike Gorodinsky (hijack) and Isaac Haxton (cutoff) went to the flop heads-up, watching the {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} hit the felt.

Both players let the {6-Diamonds} turn card come for free, and Gorodinsky then led out for 4,000 into a pot of 8,500 chips. Haxton called.

The river was the {K-Clubs} and Gorodinsky bet out 12,000 this time.

Haxton moved his glasses a little bit and studied the board. "Hm," he said before releasing hand, leaving the pot to Gorodinsky.
