Hands #86-88: Queen-High For the Win For Zamani

Level 28 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #86: Emile Schiff limped in from the small blind, and Ben Zamani checked his option in the big blind.

The flop came {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{3-Hearts}, and Schiff bet 80,000. Zamani raised to 195,000, and Schiff called. The turn was the {k-Clubs}, and both players checked to the {6-Spades} on the river. Schiff bet 230,000, and Zamani hesitated but called.

Schiff tabled {q-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for queen-high, but Zamani tabled {q-Spades}{8-Diamonds} for queen-high with a better kicker to scoop the pot.

Hand #87: Zamani limped in from the small blind, and Chris Klodnicki checked his option in the big blind. The flop came {k-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}. Zamani checked, Klodnicki bet 60,000, and Zamani folded.

Hand #88: Schiff raised to 130,000 from the cutoff, and Schuyler Thornton defended his big blind. The flop came {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}, and both players checked all the way down, with the {3-Spades} hitting the turn and the {3-Clubs} on the river.

"King", said Thornton, but Schiff tabled {a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} for the win.
