Huntress Jams Up Stack

Level 3 : 250/500, 0 ante

On the three-way flop of {9-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}, Michael Huntress bet 5,700 on the button and Jan-Peter Jachtmann called before the player in the cutoff raised to 21,100. Huntess called, as did Jachtmann, and the trio headed to the {5-Diamonds} turn. The action checked to Huntress, who bet 27,300.

Only the player in the cutoff called before checking again the {J-Spades} river. Huntress moved all in and that won the pot uncontested.

Drinan Chips up Quickly

Level 3 : 250/500, 0 ante

Moments after Connor Drinan sat down, he entered a pot with Iraj Parvizi. The flop was {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Drinan bet 3,000. Parvizi check-called, bringing the {j-Hearts} on the turn.

Drinan fired again and his Parvizi check-called the bet of 12,000. The {a-Hearts} completed the board on the river and Drinan bet 31,000. Parvizi check-called once more and mucked when Drinan tabled {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{7-Hearts} for jacks full.

Mirzikinian No More

Level 4 : 300/600, 0 ante

Brandon Shack-Harris has recovered his stack to get back up to more than half the starting stack while Charles Lehr was moved tables that includes recent sign-up Davidi Kitai and Daniel Alaei.

Tommy Le had barely sat down when the dealer announced a seat open. It was not Le that busted, but rather Warwick Mirzikinian. Le got the chips and admitted that he "got lucky" to bust Mirzikinian.

Lamb Chips Up Slightly

Level 4 : 300/600, 0 ante

On the three-way flop of {K-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{3-Spades}, Ben Lamb bet 3,500 and Dario Sammartino folded while the player under the gun called Lamb's bet. After the {7-Clubs} turn, Lamb's bet of 8,000 was check-called again before the final bet on the {5-Diamonds} river for 19,000 was also check-called.

Lamb turned over {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{J-Spades}{7-Hearts} for two pair and that won the pot. The table also features Jan Collado and Martin Kozlov who've bumped up their stacks nicely so far.

Jattin Doubles Through Rybin

Level 4 : 300/600, 0 ante

Farid Jattin raised from the button and was called by Mike Krasienko in the small blind and Alexey Rybin in the big blind. On the three-way flop of {K-Hearts}{5-Spades}{3-Hearts}, both Krasienko and Rybin checked and Jattin bet. Krasienko folded and Rybin check-raised before calling the shove of Jattin for 31,000.

Jattin: {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{7-Spades}{5-Clubs} for two pair, kings and fives
Rybin: {8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Spades} for two pair, fives and treys

The {2-Diamonds} turn and {10-Clubs} river were both blanks and Jattin doubled, putting a small dent into the big stack of Rybin.

Babakhanyan Forces Out Kyriakides

Level 4 : 300/600, 0 ante

Picking up the action on the {A-Spades}{7-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} flop with some 10,000 in the pot, Artem Babakhanyan checked out of the big blind and Miltiadis Kyriakides bet 5,000. Back on Babakhanyan, he check-raised to 17,000 and Kyriakides, who finished eighth in the $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha 8-Handed Championship a few days ago, eventually let go.

Down to less than half the starting stack, Kyriakides has plenty of work ahead if he wishes to complete another deep run at the WSOP.

One table over, Eric Wasserson sat down with a fresh stack and the field has been bumped to 153 entries.

Le Pots for Value

Level 4 : 300/600, 0 ante

Tommy Le three-bet to 6,600 from the small blind and called a four-bet to 20,800 from Ben Tollerene out of the big blind.

The two went to a {8-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{9-Clubs} flop and both checked to see the {2-Spades} on the turn. Tommy Le led betting pot, to the tune of 43,600. Tollerene took a moment before making the call.

The river was the {10-Clubs} and both players checked.

Le tabled {8-Spades}{7-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{9-Spades} for two pair and Tollerene mucked.
