Lynskey Doubles Through Pritchard

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

It's unclear when the money got in but Alex Lynskey was all in for 17,500 and was called by Jason Pritchard. Pritchard was holding {A-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} on a board of {A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} for two pair. Lynskey was holding {2-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} though for a flush and that mean he would double up through Pritchard.

"Ah well," Pritchard said after the hand. "You win some you lose some."

Despite dropping the pot, Pritchard still has over 200,000 while Lynskey doubles to around 45,000.

Kahle Burns: {a-Spades}{j-Spades}
Rined Namrood: {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}

The board ran out {4-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{q-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} to see Burns spike an ace on the turn resulting in the elimination of Namrood.

Egan Chipping Up Nicely

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Michael Egan opened with a raise to 4,700 from middle position and Matt Wakeman called in the small blind.

The flop was {a-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and both players checked to see the {6-Hearts} on the turn. Wakeman checked for a second time but Egan put out a bet of 4,500. Wakeman called.

The river was the {10-Diamonds} and Wakeman checked again. Egan put out a bet of 13,000 and Wakeman thought for nearly a minute before folding.

After taking down the pot, Egan now sits with about 235,000.

Pritchard Eliminates Kempson

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Corey Kempson
Corey Kempson

Jason Pritchard and his fellow tables-mates just recalled a big hand from moments ago that resulted in the elimination of Corey Kempson from the tournament.

Kempson raised preflop and was called by Pritchard. Kempson then bet out on each street of the {a-}{a-}{j-}{8-}{7-} board and was called each time by Pritchard.

A shove on the river by Kempson was matched my Pritchard before Kempson showed {a-}{q-} for trip aces. Pritchard then revealed his {9-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for a rivered straight and the winning hand.

Karamalikis Sets the Trap but Bokody Doesn't Bite

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

There was 8,000 in the pot preflop with Jonathan Karamalikis in the small blind, Ebon Bokody in the big blind and Chivan Abdine under the gun. The flop was {Q-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and all three players checked.

On the {Q-Clubs} turn, Karamalikis checked and Bokody put out a bet of 4,000. Abdine folded while Karamalikis called.

The river was the {8-Hearts} and Karamalikis checked. Bokody checked behind. Karamalikis showed down his {Q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} for trips and that would earn him the pot pushing him back to about starting stack.

Gray Eliminated by Higgs

Level 10 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Jason Gray
Jason Gray

All the money went in on a {j-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} flop between Sam Higgs and Jason Gray with the latter being covered and at risk.

Higgs had {j-Spades}{9-Clubs} for top pair and was leading Gray who had {10-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for a flush draw.

The board would run out perfectly for Higgs with the {j-Hearts} and {6-Spades} improving his hand to a full house.
