The board ran out {4-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts}{3-Clubs} to see spike a king on the flop securing him the pot with two pair.

Lowrie gets a Bit From Chew

Level 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Action was on a flop of {9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{8-Clubs} and Zac Lowrie was in the big blind facing off against Stevan Chew in the cutoff. Lowrie checked it over to Chew who put out a bet of 5,000. Lowrie called.

The turn was the {9-Clubs} and both players checked. They checked again on the {3-Diamonds} river. Lowrie showed down his {K-Hearts}{7-Spades} and that would be enough to earn him the pot when Chew mucked.

Lee Doubles Through Lynskey

With almost 20,000 in the pot and the board showing {10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} Alex Lynskey checked from the big blind. Andy Lee then moved all in for his remaining 25,200. Lynskey thought for a minute and called.

The river came the {5-Spades} and Lee would double up with the higher two-pair to see him stay alive in the tournament.

Chew Makes the Call

The action folded around to Sam Higgs in the small blind who called. Stevan Chew then raised to 3,500 from the big blind. Higgs called.

The flop came {4-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and Higgs checked. Chew bet 2,500. Higgs raised to 6,500. Chew called.

Both players checked the {k-Clubs} on the turn before the {6-Hearts} completed the board.

Higgs reached for his chips and fired out 13,800. Chew agonised over his decision for several minutes finally making the call.

Higgs then flipped over {7-Diamonds}{9-Spades} for nine-high before Chew revealed {7-Clubs}{7-Spades} for a pair and the winning hand.

The flop was {J-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and Karamalikis checked. Bokody put out a bet of 4,000 and Karamalikis called.

The turn was the {K-Hearts} and both players checked. They checked again on the {A-Spades} river. Karamalikis showed his {A-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and it was good enough to beat the {A-Diamonds}{6-Spades} of Bokody.

Vukovic Tests Martinelli

Luke Martinelli raised to 2,200 from the hijack before Mladen Vukovic re-raised to 8,500 from the big blind. Martinelli called.

The flop came {10-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and Vukovic checked. Martinelli bet 5,300. Vukovic called.

Both players checked the {j-Hearts} on the turn before the {a-Hearts} completed the board.

Vukovic thought for a moment before sliding out a stack of 5,000-chips which was enough to put Martinelli all in.

Martinelli folded shortly after and Vukovic was awarded the pot.

Burns Doubles Through Dhingra

Gautam Dhingra raised to 2,200 from the hijack before Kahle Burns moved all in for 13,100 from the small blind. Dhingra called.

Trevillian Rebuys then Runs into Aces Again

Brett Trevillian busted shortly after running his queens into aces, but decided to re-enter the tournament. Unfortunately for him, he's out again.

Trevillian said he raised under the gun holding {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} and was called by one player before Corey Kempson three-bet. Trevillian four-bet shoved and Kempson snapped him off with {A-}{A-}. Trevillian failed to catch up so Kempson took down the pot and Trevillian hit the rail for the second time today.

After taking down the pot, Kempson moved to over 100,000 chips.

Pritchard Battles With Higgs

Sam Higgs raised to 2,400 from the cutoff and was called by Jason Pritchard in the small blind as well as Corey Kempson in the big blind.

All three players checked the {10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop before the {7-Spades} dropped on the turn.

Pritchard bet out 3,200. Kempson folded. Higgs called.

The {k-Hearts} completed the board and Pritchard fired out 4,400. Higgs mucked his hand almost instantly relinquishing the pot to Pritchard.
