More and More For Connie Graham

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Catching the action on the turn with a substantial pot already brewing in the middle of the table, Connie Graham checked over to James Hopkins who had position on her. The board was {A-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{7-Hearts}. Hopkins put out a bet of 14,000. Graham thought about it for a bit, counted out a call and pushed it forward.

On the {7-Spades} river, Graham checked again. Hopkins thought about it briefly then checked behind. Graham showed down her {K-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for the nut flush and it was good to earn her the pot as Hopkins mucked his hand quickly after.

Graham is now almost at 100,000 chips and is putting together strong finish to the end of the day.

Both Stevan Chew and Brett Trevillian checked the {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{j-Spades} flop before the {3-Spades} dropped on the turn.

Chew checked. Trevillian bet 25,000. Chew called shortly after.

No more money would go in after the {3-Diamonds} completed the board. Trevillian showed {a-Spades}{q-Spades} for two pair and took down the pot after Chew mucked his hand.

Horowitz Fades It All To Double Through Pritchard

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Jacob Horowitz was all in before the flop for 29,200 and there was a decision on Jason Pritchard who called quickly, putting Horowitz at risk.

Jacob Horowitz: {6-Spades}{6-Hearts}
Jason Pritchard: {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}

The flop was {10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and that gave even more outs to Pritchard who flopped a straight draw as well. The turn was the {7-Hearts} though which didn't change anything and the {A-Hearts} on the river was a brick as well. With that, Horowitz earned the double to over 60,000 while Pritchard was left short with only about 50,000 chips.

Asad Keeps Climbing

Level 13 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Michael Asad raised to 5,000 from under the gun and was called by the player in the big blind.

The flop came {a-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and the big blind checked. Asad continued for 4,500. His opponent called.

The turn brought the {4-Diamonds} and the big blind check-called another bet of 12,000 from Asad.

Both players opted to check the {8-Clubs} river before Asad turned over his {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} for top pair.

His opponent mucked his hand and Asad was awarded the pot keeping his position as one of the biggest stacks in the room.
