Action folded around to Brad Kain on the button and he made it 3,500 to go. Small blind Adrian Salter re-raised to 9,000 and after some deliberation, Kain pushed out a sizable stack of yellow 5k chips to put Salter all in and the latter made the call for his tournament life.

river to chip up to 117,000. Kain still has a playable 110,000 and managed to spike a set of queens himself an orbit later to win a pot vs an opponent's king-queen offsuit when the case queen came down. That saw Kain claim some of his earlier losses back and climb to 121,000.
