Frazer Eliminated in 12th Place (£9,381)

With a stack of 30,500 before him, Ian Frazer decided to push all in from under the gun, and duly slid his remaining chips across the felt. After removing his head phones (always a sign of a big decision), Richard Allen made the call one seat down.

"Oh my God!" exclaimed Ganesh Bathmanathan on the button. "I can't believe what I'm going to fold, can I put my hand to one side? You won't believe what I'm going to fold. I fold."

Frazer = {K-Spades}{J-Spades}
Allen = {A-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

"I'll tell you what I folded," continued Bathmanathan. "I had Ace-Queen of spades. Oh my God, I can't believe I folded. Ace-Queen."

The board came {4-Spades}{9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{8-Spades}, and amid the wittering of Bathmanathan gasping at every card, we lost Mr. Frazer in 12th place.

Toni Huynh Busts in 11th Place (£9,381)

Wow, there was the tantalizing possibility that it might all be over for the night...

Toni Huynh: all in with {K-Spades} {10-Spades}
Adnan Alshamah: all in for slightly more than Huynh with {K-Clubs} {K-Diamonds}
Fabien Dunlop: massively covering them both and holding {A-Spades} {9-Clubs}

An enormous crowd appeared around the table and started shouting for various favoured cards to appear on the board.

Board: {J-Diamonds} {4-Clubs} {6-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds} {J-Spades}

Well, it's not quite over, but with handshakes all round we lose Toni Huynh while Alshamah enjoys a nice triple up.

Seat 3: James Tomlin -- 75,000

Seat 5: Richard Allen -- 225,000

Seat 10: Neil Suarez -- 56,000

Cagey Start

Down to just one table, it's as if the potential of a bracelet and a handsome first prize has finally sunk in after a Day Two that was played in the light-hearted spirit of a local £10 rebuy rather than a £1,000 WSOPE event. Consequently, play has kicked off in tight fashion with nobody wanting to make an unforced error and miss out on that final table spot. In fact, on the very first hand, William Martin received a rare, but welcome walk in the big blind.

Reverse Psychology

Reverse Psychology is surely the most underrated skill in poker, but it worked on this occasion. All in with {A-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} versus the {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} of Adnan Alshamah and facing the bubble tete-a-tete, Neil Suarez was pessimistic come the {K-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop, collecting his man-bag and commenting, "Have a good time on the final, guys." But it was all too premature, as, accompanied by a collective gasp from the bustling rail, the turn brought the {A-Spades}, followed by a raggy {4-Diamonds} on the river. As a result, Suarez, aided by the Poker Gods, enjoyed a welcome double through and kept the number remaining in double figures.

Is It Over? No.

Neil Suarez raised in early position and it folded right around to Anthony Roux in the small blind, who pushed all in. To call would involve Suarez putting almost all his stack in the middle, a big decision, and a hush fell as he tanked up and cameras were quietly and slowly lifted from around the necks of media personnel in readiness...

...But he folded, and we continue 10-handed.
