A pleading sort of tone has come into Jack Effel's voice as he requests the owners of the various-sized chip bags to come and rip them open, stacking their poker riches and preparing to begin any moment...

It's not a misprint, our chip leader Jani Vilmunen is really way out in front of the pack with double the second place stacks, and it will be interesting to see if he can dominate the second day's play like he did the first. The idea originally was to get to the final table today, and then play to a winner tomorrow, but who knows? If the brakes which seemed to go on last night come off early enough we may be allocating some WSOPE jewellery tonight.
