Demjan Looks Like Cash to Timoshenko

Late-period Johnny Cash-alike Sandor Demjan and young WPT Championship winner Yevgeniy Timoshenko saw a {K-Diamonds} {10-Hearts} {9-Hearts} flop, which they both apparently fell in love with. Demjan bet 20,000, Timoshenko raised all in and Demjan called.

Demjan: {K-Hearts} {J-Clubs}
Timoshenko: {10-Clubs} {10-Diamonds}

Turn: a scary flush draw-tastic {7-Hearts}

River: a harmless {2-Clubs}

Demjan drops to 104,800, while Timoshenko doubles to almost 130,000.

"From zero to hero," commented tablemate Peter Gould, "What did you have, like 20k?" Timoshenko was never that low, exactly, but not far off. Either way it's a fine recovery for the young Russian.
