Speidel Looking for Some Northern Hemisphere Success
Back in January, Oliver Speidel burst onto the poker scene by winning AUD$1.6 in the 2012 Aussie Millions Main Event. The young Australian has made the trek to Cannes to test his luck in the WSOP, but he's having a rough go of it here in the Mix Max event.
In a recent hand, there was 4,200 in the pot and a board reading 
when Speidel bet 2,500 into Paul Newey, who tanked for a solid minute before releasing his hand. Despite that small win, Speidel is sitting with 11,800.
