The remaining 23 players are heading on their last 20-minute break of the evening. There will be three more levels left in the night unless we reach 15 players, at which point the action will be stopped and players will bag and tag.
Hannes Neurauter opened the action with a raise to 3,200 from the cutoff and James Akenhead defended his big blind. The flop fell and Akenhead checked, then called a bet of 3,000 by Neurauter. Both checked the turn and Akenhead also checked the river. Neurauter bet 8,500 with 24,000 behind and won the pot.
Jeff Cormier raised to 3,800 from the cutoff and Darren Delahunty three-bet to 8,000 from the small blind. John Racener was in the big blind and made a four-bet to 19,000. Cormier folded and Delahunty called to see the flop fall .
Delahunty pushed all-in and Racener quickly called for his remaining 32,000. Delahunty turned over but was up against the of Racener. The turn was the and Delahunty picked up a flush draw. The on the river gave Delahunty his flush and Racener was eliminated late on Day 1A.
Until the there were already some 50,000 in the middle and Jeff Cormier checked over to Maxim Lykov in the cutoff. Lykov checked back and did so again after the river brought a four-card flush on the board. Cormier rolled over and that won the pot, evening out the two big stacks at the top of the leader board.
Romain Follet opened to 4,400 from under the gun and called the shove of Dominik Matejka in the big blind for 14,100 with the . Matejka had two live cards with the and immediately flopped two pair on the flop. The turn provided some counterfit outs, but a blank river let Matejka double.
There were four players to see a flop for 3,500 each and the dealer fanned the flop of . The action was checked to Maxim Lykov in the cutoff who bet 3,500. Ryan Hughes called from the big blind and they went heads-up to the on the turn.
Hughes checked again and Lykov fired another 11,200. Hughes counted out his chips and then pushed all-in for around 47,000. Lykov looked back at his cards and then sent them to the muck.
James Akenhead got his last 24,100 in from early position and Dominik Matejka from one seat over moved all in over the top. Oleksandr Shcherbak looked up both short stacks out of the big blind.

"Spades?" Akenhead asked in table chat before the flop of caused several "ohhhs" at the table. Neither the turn nor the river changed anything and Akenhead tripled up, while Matejka lost the remainder of his stack in the side pot against Shcherbak. "It's all about the patience in this game," Akenhead grinned while raking in the pot.
Shcherbak replied "I was happy about that ace on the flop until I saw the nines."
Joining the action on the turn, Ryan Hefter checked out of the small blind and Maxim Lykov bet 7,000 into a pot of 16,000. Hefter called and checked again the on the river. Lykov moved all in and Hefter took some consideration before calling it off for his last 34,500.
Lykov showed for a bluff and Hefter doubled with the for top pair. Once the dominating chip leader not long ago, Lykov suddenly dropped back into the middle of the pack while Jeff Cormier and Darren Delahunty on the same table are now in the lead in the penultimate level of the night.
