Liridon and Delahunty in the Lead

Level 7 : 250/500, 75 ante

Dzelili Liridon and Darren Delahunty are the two chip leaders right now, by a solid margin as well.

Delahunty raked in yet another decent pot when his bet of 5,200 on the river of a board {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{4-Spades}{J-Hearts} was paid off by Mike Leah in the big blind. Delahunty showed {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and that was good enough to claim the pot.

Neuville Is Counterfeited Out the Door

Level 7 : 250/500, 75 ante
Pierre Neuville
Pierre Neuville

With around 1,500 in the middle preflop, the dealer fanned the flop of {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{2-Hearts}. Pierre Neuville checked from the small blind and Dominik Matejka bet 1,300. Neuville made the call and the {4-Spades} landed on the turn.

Both players checked to the {a-Spades} on the river. Neuville checked again and Matejka moved all-in. Neuville had roughly 4,500 remaining and made the call. Matejka rolled over {a-Clubs}{9-Hearts} for trip aces while Neuville showed {k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} before it went into the muck.

Slavik Wins a Flip to Bust Karmatckii

Level 7 : 250/500, 75 ante

Arsenii Karmatckii had the biggest score of his poker career not long ago at this very venue, the King's Casino in Rozvadov, after winning the partypoker LIVE German Poker Championship for €185,000.

Karmatckii was just spotted all in and at risk holding the {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}. Zdenko Slavik had him covered and showed the {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}. After a board of {A-Spades}{9-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Spades}{7-Spades}, Karmatckii left the table with a sarcastic smile while Slavik raked in a decent pot.

Updated Counts Before Break

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante

John Racener has found himself a good seat to the left of Marc MacDonnell. After Chris Ferguson raised to 1,100 on the button, MacDonnell three-bet to 3,600 from the small blind and Racener four-bet to 6,800 from the big blind. Ferguson folded and MacDonnell made the call.

Both players checked to the river with the board reading {a-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}. Racener was the first to take a stab at the pot with a bet of 5,500 on the river. MacDonnell folded and Racener took down the pot.

Hefter Busts Patni

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante
Kunal Patni
Kunal Patni

Almost flying under the radar, defending champion Ryan Hefter has been spotted just now and the American proceeded to send a short-stacked Kunal Patni to the rail while Roland Israelashvili busted at the same time on a different table.

Hefter raised to 1,000 from late position and Patni moved all in for his last 3,625 from two seats over in the cutoff. Once the action was back on Hefter, he called.

Kunal Patni: {2-Diamonds}{2-Spades}
Ryan Hefter: {K-Hearts}{10-Clubs}

Patni already stood up from his chair before the flop fell {K-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}, and he quickly left the tournament area as soon as the {7-Spades} turn and {A-Spades} river had completed the board.

Primerano Holds With Ace-High

Level 6 : 200/400, 50 ante
Daniele Primerano
Daniele Primerano

There was a raise to 900 from early position and Daniele Primerano, the "action junkie", three-bet to 2,500 directly to his left. Nursultan Abilkassym was on the button and put his remaining 950 in the middle. The initial raiser from early position made the call and the flop fell {6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}.

The action was checked to Primerano who bet 4,000 into the side pot. His opponent folded and the remaining two hands were tabled for the main pot. Primerano was out front with {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs} against Abilkassym's {k-Spades}{4-Spades}. The turn was the {9-Diamonds} and the river brought the {q-Spades}. Primerano's ace-high held on to win the main pot as well to eliminate Abilkassym.
