Hallaert Loses Small Pot

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante
Kenny Hallaert
Kenny Hallaert

On the three-way flop of {A-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{2-Clubs}, Kenny Hallaert bet the pot of 2,000 and a short stack on the button called all in for less, while Alexander Lakhov folded.

Hallaert turned over {A-Spades}{K-Spades}{Q-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and the short stack flipped over {8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}. The {Q-Hearts} turn gave Hallaert top two, but the {8-Clubs} river improved the short stack to trips eights.

New tables are being opened momentarily and one of them saw Sander van Wesemael bet the four-way limped turn of {Q-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}{J-Diamonds} for 325 out of the small blind. The big blind and Marek Blasko from under the gun called, Roland Israelashvili from one seat over folded. The {J-Hearts} river was checked and all three players checked, van Wesemael was first to show and turned over {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs} for ace-king high. Blasko eventually raked in the pot with {K-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}.

Vivian Saliba was sat on the same table as the only other Brazilian in town, which is no other than Felipe Ramos, and immediately won a few small pots without showdown to boost her stack. Ramos on the other hand lost two third of his stack early on and may have to re-enter shortly.

Fast-Paced Action Continues

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante

Anatoliy Zyrin's stack vanished after he got it in with the {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} versus {K-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{4-Spades} on a board of {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs} and immediately announced his re-entry. His seat was barely empty when Barny Boatman arrived with a fresh stack as well, having busted in the first attempt.

Georgios Koliofotis was cut down to just 2,000 after a big clash at the end of the previous level. On a {A-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop he bet 400 and the button called. Koliofotis bet the pot on the {10-Diamonds} turn for 1,350 and was called before firing 2,000 on the {J-Clubs} river. His opponent raised to 5,000 and Koliofotis called to muck when being shown {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{8-Diamonds}.

Jachtmann Busts Tatar

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante

There were at least six early casualties and most of them re-entered soon after including Ryan Hughes.

Marek Tatar got his last 3,400 in preflop with the {Q-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{6-Spades} and Jan-Peter Jachtmann looked him up with {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{3-Hearts}. The roller coaster board of {K-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{6-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} saw Tatar run out of chips and he will likely be soon back in action.

Israelashvili Doubles

Level 1 : 25/50, 0 ante

On the flop of {10-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}, Roland Israelashvili and his table neighbor Marek Tatar clashed and the former was the player at risk for 7,925.

Roland Israelashvili: {8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-Spades}
Marek Tatar: {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

The {9-Clubs} turn and {6-Clubs} river completed the board and Israelashvili doubled.

Israelashvili Takes Two Hits

Level 1 : 25/50, 0 ante

On the tail end of a hand that included Roland Israelashvili and Mohammadjavad Haddadnia, the latter bet 625 and the former called with the board showing {5-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{5-Hearts}. Haddadnia announced quads and turned over {K-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{5-Spades}{5-Diamonds} to rake in the pot.

Israelashvili raised to 150 the next hand and picked up three callers including Francois Corouge, who cashed in the €1,100 MONSTER STACK yesterday. The flop fell {7-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Spades} and the big blind checked, Israelashvili bet 450 and Corouge on the button raised to 1,100. Only Israelashvili called and checked the {5-Spades} on the turn.

Corouge bet 1,025 and that did the trick to win the pot uncontested.
