Adomkevicius Doubles Through Odeen

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Aneris Adomkevicius opened to 35,000 from under the gun and Jerry Odeen called on the button. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and Adomkevicius checked to Odeen who fired 40,000 in position. Adomkevicius check-raised all-in for 233,000 and Odeen instantly called.

Odeen was in good spirits when he turned over {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for a straight and flush draw, but Adomkevicius dampened his mood when he tabled {a-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for a bigger flush draw. The {a-Hearts} on the turn also gave Adomkevicius top pair and the {7-Spades} on the river was no help to Odeen.
