came on the turn and Twito led for 26,000 when the 
hit the river. Cajelais took a moment, but eventually folded.
At a neighboring table, Pim van Holsteyn has been very aggressive early. He was under the gun and reached for chips.
"No need to look," a player said.
van Holsteyn smiled and raised to 21,000. He got one caller, but after he bet 40,000 on the 
flop, his opponent folded.
