Petleshkov Into The Lead

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

The flop read {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} and Viliyan Petleshkov in early position had checked. The player in mid-position bet 1,225. The other player involved in the hand, in the cutoff, folded. Petleshkov called.

The turn brought them the {K-Hearts} on which they both checked. The river completed the board with the {9-Spades}, Petleshkov bet 4,300 which sent his opponent into the tank. After a minute or two, he looked at Petleshkov, the board and back at Pethleshkov. No visible reaction could be seen from Petleshkov's face. He looked at the board again and then finally folded.

Kuznik's Queen is Best

Level 6 : 250/500, 75 ante

On a {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} board, Grzegorz Grochulski had 2,300 in front of him and Yaron Kuznik had raised to 33,000, leaving himself with just 3,500 behind. Grochulski took quite some time before moving all in and Kuznik called right away.

Yaron Kuznik: {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}
Grzegorz Grochulski: {Q-Clubs}{J-Clubs}

Despite having the better kicker, Kuznik was sweating it. The {A-Diamonds} on the turn prompted a cheer from Kuznik, who was visibly relieved. After the {3-Hearts} on the river, Kuznik started stacking the big pot.

Cohen At It Again

Level 6 : 250/500, 75 ante
Yehuda Cohen
Yehuda Cohen

The owner of next door's massage parlor Chikkita, Yehuda Cohen, is sitting behind one of the bigger stacks in the room and up to his traditional antics. After raising to 1,225 in middle position — accompanied by his usual "I never fold" — Cohen received calls from both players in the blinds.

On the {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop, the big blind led out 3,000 and only Cohen stuck around. On the {J-Hearts} turn, the big blind checked, Cohen bet 3,000 and the big blind called with 10,000 behind. The river was the {K-Clubs} and Cohen moved all in.

The big blind folded and begged Cohen to show. Succumbing to the peer pressure after several requests, "ChiKKita BanAAna" showed {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} and raked in the pot.
