Feature Table: Ho Finally Gaining Steam, Zhang Gets Value From Farrell

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Maria Ho
Maria Ho

Maria Ho seems to finally be building a bit of steam with 29 players remaining. She now has over 1,000,000.

She opened the cutoff to 35,000 and Sebastian Langrock defended in the big blind.

The flop came {9-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts} and Langrock checked. Ho bet 28,000 and Langrock called. The turn was the {a-Spades} and Langrock check-folded to a Ho bet of 60,000.

Then Niall Farrell, who won his first WSOP gold bracelet earlier in the WSOPE, was heads up against Chi Zhang.

The board read {a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{2-Clubs} and Zhang led for 111,000. Farrell called after about 40 seconds and Zhang showed the winner, {a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}. Farrell mucked.
