Munafo Doubles Through Bluhm

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

Franco Munafo was all-in and at risk from the small blind for 22,000 as he was called by Ingo Bluhm on the {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} board.

Franco Munafo: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Ingo Bluhm: {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}

Bluhm had flopped two pair and Munafo a set of queens. Bluhm needed another ace to fall on the turn or river to avoid paying Munafo the double but they didn't come.

Kaneoya Kicked Out

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante
Georgios Koliofotis
Georgios Koliofotis

The board read {10-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{8-Hearts} with 12,600 collected in the middle already. Renato Kaneoya bet 8,000 from the small blind and Georgios Koliofotis called in the cutoff.

The river completed the board with the {a-Diamonds}, Kaneoya shoved for his last 11,100 and Koliofotis snap-called. Kaneoya tabled {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for the flopped set of tens but was beaten by the straight Koliofotis had rivered. Kaneoya made his way to the cashier to reenter.

The hand right after that, Koliofotis raise to 1,200 from the hijack and Pawel Skrzypczak called in the cutoff.

"Queen again?" Koliofotis asked Skrzypczak.

The flop came {4-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{4-Hearts} and Koliofotis continued with a bet of 1,600 which Skrzypczak called.

They then both checked through the {8-Spades} on the turn and the {3-Diamonds} on the river. Skrzypczak took the pot with {a-Clubs}{q-Spades} and Koliofotis laughed.

Kaneoya Back In

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

Renato Kaneoya had reentered and was seated at a new table. He raised to 1,200 from under the gun and was called by the players in the mid-position and the hijack.

They all checked through the {k-Spades}{5-Spades}{j-Spades} on the flop and the {10-Diamonds} on the turn to the {q-Spades} on the river. Kaneoya now bet 1,500 and both of his opponents folded quickly.

Sander van Wesemael has also reentered and is now seated next to fellow countryman, Patrick de Waegenaere, on his left.

Alt Doubles Icme Up

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

Ozgur Icme had shoved for 7,000 in total in the big blind and Chandru Alt had called in mid-position. The player on the button had called the initial raise of Alt but folded to Icme's shove.

Ozgur Icme: :{A-Clubs}{5-Clubs}
Chandru Alt: {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}

The flop came {k-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{4-Hearts} to give Icme a pair of aces.

The turn was the {6-Clubs} and this caused the player on the button to be very unhappy as he claimed he had folded {a-}{6-}.

The river completed the board with the {7-Spades} to keep Icme ahead to double up.

Miegel Makes the Straight

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

With about 7,000 in the middle, the flop read {4-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} and Jakob Miegel had the all-in button in front of him on the button. David Mandiel had a bet of 13.500 in front of him. The two other players who were involved in the hand previously had already folded.

Mandiel was trying to figure out what to do. "What do you have? Jack-ten of diamonds?"

Miegel checked one of his cards again and replied: "no".

Mandiel took a few extra seconds before making the call for 25,400 in total.

Jakob Miegel: {6-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
David Mandiel: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}

Miegel had flopped an open-ended straight and flush draw.

The turn was the {7-Spades} to give Miegel a pair of sevens which was already enough but the {10-Spades} on the river made his hand even better as he improved to the straight to double up.
