Yankov's Three-Bet Gets the Job Done

Level 30 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Jack Sinclair raised to 450,000 in the hijack with {10-Spades}{10-Clubs} and Milos Skrbic flat-called in the cutoff with {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}. Krasimir Yankov picked up {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs} in the big blind and three-bet to 1,800,000.

Sinclair quickly laid down his pocket tens and Skrbic's cards followed them to the muck.

Level 30 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Jack Sinclair
Jack Sinclair

Jack Sinclair opened to 450,000 on the button and Milos Skrbic three-bet to 1,900,000 in the small blind.

Ryan Riess folded his big blind and the action was back on Sinclair. He four-bet all in for 8,780,000 and Skrbic called

Jack Sinclair: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}
Milos Skrbic: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

The board ran out {5-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{j-Clubs}{a-Spades} with Sinclair's aces holding to give him a huge double up and leave start-of-day chip leader Skrbic as the short stack at the table.

Yankov Fills Up to Double Up

Level 30 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Krasimir Yankov
Krasimir Yankov

Krasimir Yankov open-shipped all in for 4,125,000 on the button with {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}. Milos Skrbic was the chipleader in the big blind and made the call after looking at {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}.

The flop came {k-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Spades} to give Yankov the lead with a pair of kings. The {2-Clubs} on the turn meant Skrbic was drawing to just an ace. The river brought the {k-Diamonds} to improve Yankov to a full house as he scored himself a much-needed double up.

Ihor Yerofieiev Eliminated in 6th Place (€175,965 )

Level 30 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Ihor Yerofieiev
Ihor Yerofieiev

Ihor Yerofieiev moved all in from under the gun for 3,410,000. Milos Skrbic was in the next position and called.

Ihor Yerofieiev: {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}
Milos Skrbic: {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

One of Yerofieiev's shoves had finally been called, and he would need to win a flip to stand a chance of getting a foothold back in this final table contest. However, the {k-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} flop gave Skrbic two pair.

The turn {3-Clubs} and river {5-Diamonds} couldn't save Yerofieiev and he became the first elimination on the final day, taking home €175,965 for his sixth-place finish.

Yerofieiev is in Shove Mode

Level 30 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Ihor Yerofieiev was down to just nine big blinds with under 2,000,000 chips. However, Yerofieiev shoved all in with {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs} on the button and picked up the blinds and ante.

In the next hand, Yerofieiev shipped it again with pocket threes and took down the pot. The following hand, Yerofieiev was in the hijack and picked up {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}. He moved all in for the third hand in a row but still couldn't find any action.

The Ukrainian was probably OK with that as he nearly doubled up his stack without having to show any of his cards.

Bujtas Pull Off a Big Bluff

Level 29 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Ihor Yerofieiev opened to 320,000 in the cutoff with {j-Spades}{j-Clubs} and Laszlo Bujtas called from the big blind with {5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}. The flop came {8-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and Bujtas check-called a bet of 300,000 from Yerofieiev.

The {8-Clubs} paired the board on the turn and Bujtas led out for 480,000. Yerofieiev called with his overpair and the {a-Hearts} completed the board. Bujtas moved all in and Yerofieiev was put to the test for his remaining 2,300,000. He went into the tank for over six minutes and eventually slid his cards to the muck.

Jacks Sinclair

Level 29 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Jack Sinclair raised to 325,000 in the cutoff with {j-Spades}{j-Clubs} and Ryan Riess defended from the big blind with {10-Spades}{6-Spades}. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Riess checked it over to Sinclair who checked back.

The {9-Clubs} landed on the turn and Riess led out for 700,000 with top pair. Sinclair wasn't going anywhere with his overpair and made the call. The river brought the {2-Spades} and Riess knuckled the table. Sinclair quickly checked back and took down the first decent-sized pot.
