Moshe Flops A Set; Schulz Misses His Combo

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Asi Moshe
Asi Moshe

Asi Moshe raised on the button with {3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and Robert Schulz defended his big blind with {10-Hearts}{4-Hearts}. The {K-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop gave Moshe bottom set and Schulz a flush draw. The German check-called a bet of 55,000 from Moshe.

The turn was the {5-Spades}, giving Schulz an open-ended straight draw to go with his flush draw. He decided to lead out for 250,000 and Moshe smooth called with his set.

The river {A-Diamonds} missed Schulz, who decided to give up and check. Moshe tried to get value with a bet of 790,000 but Schulz instantly mucked the ten-high.
