Ivanov Ready to Leave; Triples Up

Level 5 : 200/400, 0 ante

On the three-way turn of {J-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{5-Spades}{10-Clubs}, Aleksei Ivanov was all in for just 2,900 and was called two ways. His opponents checked the {9-Clubs} on the river and Ivanov turned over {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{2-Clubs} for jacks and tens, stood up from his chair and was ready to leave.

Much to his disbelief, though, one opponent showed {K-Hearts}{9-Spades}{8-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and the other mucked, allowing Ivanov to triple up.

Jan Bendik
Jan Bendik

The cards of Jan Bendik were already in the muck with the board still visible, showing {J-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{K-Spades}. Petr Slustik raked in the board and the Czech, as well as Rakesh Lalwani one seat over, confirmed that Bendik had been all in with {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{9-}{4-} for the nut flush draw. Slustik looked him up with a set of jacks and inferior diamond draw to see bricks on turn and river.
