Tsang Pulls Further Away

Anson Tsang raised to 140,000 with the {K-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs} on the button and Jason Gray defended the {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} in the big blind. The flop brought {7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and Gray check-folded to a continuation bet.

In the next hand, Tsang bet the {3-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop for 140,000 with just king-high. Ilya Bulychev called one barrel and folded the turn.

Soon after, a three-way limped pot was checked through on the {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop and the {6-Spades} followed on the turn. Tsang bet 160,000 with {A-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} for two pair, Gray lay down his {K-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{Q-Spades}{3-Spades} on the button.

Tsang Spikes a Perfect River

Ilya Bulychev raised with the {10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} and Anson Tsang defended the big blind with the {A-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts}. They checked the {Q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} flop and Tsang bet the {5-Clubs} turn for 330,000, Bulychev called. On the {5-Hearts} river, Tsang bet just 245,000 into a pot of 990,000.

Bulychev gave it a lot of thought and eventually paid off Tsang with his counterfeited two pair.

Anson Tsang raised to 140,000 with the {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}{K-Spades}{9-Diamonds} and Quan Zhou called all in for 85,000 with {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{2-Spades}, Jason Gray called with the {Q-Clubs}{J-Spades}{6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} in the big blind.

The flop came {K-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and Gray checked, Tsang bet 175,000 to isolate successfully with his top set. Zhou needed running straight cards, but it was all over after the {3-Spades} turn to make the {Q-Spades} river a formality. Zhou was eliminated in 4th place and takes home €28,100, which he will most likely invest right away into an entry for the ongoing €25,000 Super High Roller.

Zhou Left With a Miracle

Anson Tsang raised the button with the {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}{9-Spades}{8-Clubs} and Ilya Bulychev called in the small blind with the {A-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}, Quan Zhou called in the big blind with {Q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} with a mere 85,000 behind.

Bulychev bet the {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{10-Hearts} flop for 80,000 and Zhou folded, Tsang called. The {J-Diamonds} turn was checked by Bulychev and Tsang bet 235,000 to win the pot.

Two in a Row for Gray

Jason Gray and Anson Tsang invested chips preflop, then checked down the flop and turn of a board {4-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{10-Spades}{A-Spades}{2-Hearts}. Gray also checked the river and called a bet of Tsang with {J-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for a flush, Tsang was caught bluffing with the {9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}.

Gray won the next three-way hand on the flop and moved back up to more than a million, while Quan Zhou was now left as the far shortest stack with four players remaining.

Zhou Left Even Shorter

Ilya Bulychev limped the {A-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts} out of the small blind and Quan Zhou raised to 175,000 with the {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{J-Spades}{10-Hearts} in the big blind, Bulychev called.

The flop came {7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades} and Bulychev double-checked his cards, checked and Zhou quickly checked back. Bulychev also checked the {8-Spades} turn, as did Zhou. On the {4-Diamonds} river, Bulychev made it 100,000 to go and Zhou folded.

Bulychev Turns the Nuts

Anson Tsang raised the pot to 180,000 in the small blind with the {Q-Clubs}{10-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Spades} and Ilya Bulychev called in the big blind with the {A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}. On the {J-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop, Tsang spiked an open-ended straight draw while Bulychev had the nut flush draw. Tsang continued for 250,000 and Bulychev gave it some thought before making the call.

The {2-Diamonds} turn improved Bulychev to the nuts and Tsang quickly checked, Bulychev needed much longer for his decision and his bet resulted in an instant fold from Tsang.

Tsang Takes a Commanding Lead

Anson Tsang limped in with the {K-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and Ilya Bulychev checked his option with the {J-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{3-Clubs}. They checked the {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} flop and the {2-Hearts} turn was checked by Tsang Bulychev bet 80,000 and Tsang's check-raise to 240,000 won the pot in a battle of the two chip leaders.

Tsang raised to 140,000 first to act soon after with the {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{10-Hearts} and Bulychev flat-called on the button with the {A-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs}. Quan Zhou in the small blind raised the pot to 620,000 with the {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{4-Hearts}. Jason Gray snap-folded in the big blind and Tsang went for it to four-bet to 2,060,000.

Bulychev quickly folded and Zhou, who had half of his stack in already, was sent into the think tank. He was already in a similar spot at the end of day 2 and folded after more than four minutes, this time he did so after three minutes.

Gray Bottom Stack Once More

Quan Zhou raised to 110,000 with the {A-Spades}{Q-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and Anson Tsang in the small blind three-bet the pot with the {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}, Zhou called and a pot of 810,000 emerged. The flop came {K-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and a bet of 450,000 by Tsang did the trick to win the pot without further resistance.

Jason Gray opened the next hand with the {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and Zhou called with the {Q-Spades}{J-Clubs}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs} in the big blind. Zhou picked up a flush draw on the {7-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Spades} flop and his bet ended the hand right there. Zhou also won the next hand against by check-raising top pair and gutshot against Gray in a limped battle of the blinds to send the Aussie further down in the leaderboard.
