Mirzikinian Gets Short and Busts

Warwick Mirzikinian was left short and shoved two hands in a row. In both hands, Arturs Scerbaks was his opponent and in the first one they split the pot, with king-ten for both of them.

In the second hand Mirzikinian had {10-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and Scerbaks {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}, with {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} on the board to sent Mirzikinian to the rail.

A redraw for the final three tables will follow and play will continue.

Federico Anselmi limped in first to act and Benny Glaser raised to 36,000 in second to act. Hokyiu Lee called from middle position and Anselmi added the remainder to call as well.

The flop fell {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{7-Clubs} and was checked through to the {10-Spades} turn and to the {10-Clubs} river. This time, Anselmi fired 105,000 and Glaser and Lee went deep into the tank then folded.

Pierre Neuville limped in first to act and Vladimir Peck moved all in from the hijack for 73,000. Ming Juen Teoh reshoved for 285,000 from the cutoff and Thai Ha went deep into the tank for a few minutes, then called. Neuville folded.

Lahmani Doubles Over Oghabian

In a hand that included four out of five players of the table, Oshri Lahmani managed to double up over Milad Oghabian. The action started with Laszlo Bujtas completing to 6,000, Lahmani called, Oghabian raised to 45,000, which both John Cynn on the button and Bujtas called, before Lahmani announces all in for 187,500.

Oghabian reraised all in and the two others players folded to go to showdown.
