Kovezman Doubles Through Rezaei

Level 20 : 12,000/24,000, 24,000 ante
Alfred Kovezman
Alfred Kovezman

Daniel Rezaei limped from the button along with Gianluca Speranza in the small blind. Alfred Kovezman checked from the big blind.

The dealer spread a flop of {k-Hearts}{q-Spades}{10-Clubs} and action was checked to Rezaei who bet 50,000. Speranza folded but Kovezman check-raised all in for 402,000. Rezaei made the call and the players turned over their hands.

Alfred Kovezman: {k-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}
Daniel Rezaei: {q-Clubs}{10-Spades}

Kovezman had a pair of kings but Rezaei was in the lead with queens and tens. However that didn't last long as the turn brought the {k-Spades} giving Kovezman the lead with trip kings, and the {6-Hearts} river filled up the board for Kovezman to rake in the pot.
