Level 2 : 300/600, 900 ante

The field size has increased to 22 entries of which 21 players remain. Latest additions to the field can be found below.

Puetz Scares Karatas

Level 2 : 300/600, 900 ante

Seven Card Stud

Sarharib Karatas: {x-}{x-} / {2-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{3-Spades} / {x-}
Christopher Puetz: {x-}{x-} / {9-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{a-Clubs} / {x-}

In three-way action to sixth street, Sarharib Karatas and was called by Christopher Puetz while Andreas Bremer folded. Karatas bet seventh again and Puetz then raised, which Karatas just called. Puetz announced a pair of jacks and flashed the {j-Spades}{10-Spades} and was beaten by Karatas with the {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for a flush.

"You didn't raise there?" another player at the table inquired and Karatas replied "he scares me."

Puetz Back and Up for Now

Level 2 : 300/600, 900 ante

Seven Card Stud

Borja Gross: {x-}{x-} / {8-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} / {x-}
Christopher Puetz: {x-}{x-} / {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{5-Hearts} / {x-}

Christopher Puetz re-entered recently and received the same seat. He then bet as of fourth street with his pair and was called until sixth by Borja Gross. On seventh, Puetz bet once more and Gross folded.

"Wow, this is not a cheap game," Boban Zhivkovikj said as he had already lost a chunk of his starting stack in the big bet games.

Pantaleev and Ufano Chop

Level 2 : 300/600, 900 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

In a three-way three-bet pot to the {a-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop the action was checked around and the same applied for the {7-Hearts} turn. Miroslav Pantaleev then bet the {6-Hearts} river and Jorge Ufano called while Max Pescatori folded.

Pantaleev tabled the {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} for aces full and Ufano chopped with the {a-Spades}{9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades} for a low.

No-Limit Hold'em

"He made a helluva play," Stefan Schoss said as Christopher Puetz was just sent to the rail after first doubling Schoss and then losing the last few chips to Adam Dickson in the very next hand.

On the {7-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} turn, Schoss bet 5,000 and was called by Puetz to then bet the {10-Clubs} river for 6,500. Puetz jammed and Schoss called it off with {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for a set of tens while Puetz only had the case {10-Hearts}.

One hand later, Puetz was forced all-in from the big blind and Adam Dickson raised to 1,200 from under the gun to force out everyone else.

Christopher Puetz: {k-Diamonds}{7-Spades}
Adam Dickson: {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}

The {j-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} board brought no improvement to Puetz and he was eliminated.

No-Limit Hold'em

A large squeeze to 5,500 by Jan Bendik forced an instant fold from the initial raiser Christopher Puetz and he was shown the {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}. "I had one of those as well," the German joked.
