Maria Teixeira Eliminated in 10th Place (€9,408)

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Maria Teixeira
Maria Teixeira

Maria Teixeira shoved all in for 400,000 from under the gun and was called by Timo Kamphues a couple of seats over. Romain [Removed:338] re-shoved all in for just over 1,000,000 and it folded back to Kamphues who had a tough decision but decided to fold.

Maria Teixeira: {a-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Romain [Removed:338]: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

The flop fell {j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and Kamphues groaned as he would have flopped a set of jacks. As it was, [Removed:338] held a big advantage with his pocket kings. The {9-Hearts} on the turn and the {10-Hearts} on the river was not enough for Teixeira who was eliminated in 10th place.

Tsouloftas Doubles Up

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Georgios Tsouloftas moved all-in for 230,000 from the hijack and Claudio Di Giacomo called from the big blind.

Georgios Tsouloftas: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Claudio Di Giacomo: {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}

Tsouloftas was in good shape on the {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{2-Spades} flop however the {j-Diamonds} turn added some straight outs for his opponent. The {4-Clubs} was a brick and the short stack doubled up.

Good Flop, Good River for Pichierri

Level 23 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Thomer Pidun opened to 50,000 from under the gun and was called by Alessandro Pichierri in middle position. The two players went heads-up to a flop of {10-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Clubs}. Pidun continued with a bet of 50,000 and Pichierri just called.

The turn brought the {9-Spades} and both players checked to the {10-Spades} on the river. Pidun fired out a bet of 200,000 and Pichierri quickly called. "Just call," he said as he dropped his chips in. Pidun showed {j-Spades}{j-Hearts} but it was no good against the {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs} of Pichierri.

Pichierri fired out another bet of 140,000 this time and [Removed:338] went into the tank for a couple of minutes before making the call. Manuel Fischer

It went three ways to the {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop, with Romain [Removed:338], in the small blind, and Manuel Fischer, who was under the gun checking to Thomer Pidun in the cutoff.

Pidun bet 120,000 which [Removed:338] called before Fischer made it 275,000. Pidun and [Removed:338] called.

On the {10-Spades} turn, action checked to Pidun again who bet 500,000. [Removed:338] quickly folded before Fischer went into the tank. He threw his hands in the air on several occasions before folding.

Georgios Tsouloftas
Georgios Tsouloftas

Manuel Fischer ripped his stack in from middle position and Georgios Tsouloftas, on his Fischer's left, stuck in the last of his 255,000. The rest of the table folded and the two hands were tabled.

Georgios Tsouloftas: {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Manuel Fischer: {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}

The flop came {a-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and Tsouloftas hit a pair of aces to take the lead. The {3-Clubs} on the turn gave Fischer a flush draw but the {a-Diamonds} on the river secured the double up for Tsouloftas.
