Bradley Wins Showdown Pot Against Yankov

Level 20 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Ian Bradley opened to 55,000 with the {9-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Spades} and Krasimir Yankov came along on the button with the {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{2-Diamonds}.

Heads-up to the {j-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{7-Clubs} flop, Bradley opted to check and Yankov made it 50,000 to go for Bradley to call. After the {8-Hearts} turn, both players checked and the {8-Spades} river paired the board.

Both checked once more and Bradley won the pot with his jack-high straight.

Mozaffarian Jams Into Di Nicola

Level 20 : 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Ermanno Di Nicola opened to 60,000 with the {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{7-Spades} and picked up a caller in Amir Mozaffarian with the {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{j-Spades}{4-Clubs}. The {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}{2-Clubs} flop was checked to Di Nicola, who bet 75,000 and received a reluctant call by Mozaffarian.

After the {8-Hearts} turn, Mozaffarian checked once more and the Italian fired another bet worth 220,000 with just 350,000 behind. Mozaffarian then check-raised the pot and Di Nicola folded in a matter of seconds.

Andriy Lyubovetskiy Eliminated in 9th Place (€8,123)

Andriy Lyubovetskiy
Andriy Lyubovetskiy

Samuel Stranak raised to 75,000 and Andriy Lyubovetskiy jammed for just 140,000 in the cutoff for Stranak to call.

Andriy Lyubovetskiy: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}
Samuel Stranak: {8-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}

The {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop gave Lyubovetskiy the top and bottom pair but Stranak hit the {3-Hearts} turn for his gutshot. Nothing changed on the {q-Diamonds} river and that spelled the end for Lyubovetskiy in 9th place.
