Quads Lead to Double Elimination for Andersson

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

With Per Salomonsson all-in on the {10-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flop, Fredrik Andersson and Jakob Madsen saw the {3-Clubs} come on the turn.

Madsen bet 20,000 and Andersson shoved. Madsen called.

Per Salomonsson: {7-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Spades}{2-Diamonds}
Jakob Madsen: {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
Fredrik Andersson: {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}{5-Spades}{2-Hearts}

THe turn was the {3-Clubs} and the river {10-Clubs} improved Andersson to quads and eliminated both opponents.

Yanovski Triples with "Premium" Hand

Level 12 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Jonas Kronwitter opened and Narcis Nedelcu called on the button. Leonid Yanovski three-bet from the big blind and got two calls.

The flop was {4-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{a-Spades} and Yanovski moved all in for 12,500. Kronwitter raised all in and Nedelcu re-raised and was all in as well.

Leonid Yanovski: {j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Narcis Nedelcu: {4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs}
Jonas Kronwitter: {k-Spades}{9-Clubs}{7-Spades}{6-Hearts}

Nedelcu had flopped a set against middle pair and a flush draw of Kronwitter and pocket jacks of Yanovski.

The turn was the {2-Hearts} but the river {q-Clubs} gave Yanovski a straight to triple up, with Nedelcu doubling through Kronwitter.

"Nice hand," said Kronwitter. "Four-six-deuce rainbow on the button. That's a premium hand(!)"

Buhler's Day Over

Level 12 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

On a river of {3-Spades}{9-Spades}{6-Hearts}{k-Spades}{8-Spades} Ali Altinel had checked and Oliver Buhler had moved all in for 20,500.

Altinel tanked and looked to the heavens before calling. Altinel showed {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Clubs} for two pair and Buhler mucked and was eliminated.

Yanovski Felted by Badurowicz

Level 12 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

The cards were already flipped over as Leonid Yanovski was the player at risk with the {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}, That was good for the bottom two pair on the {q-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop but it was dominated by the {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades} of Leszek Badurowicz.

Both the {3-Spades} turn and {4-Hearts} river brought no help to Yanovski and he headed to the rail for the time being.

Kabrhel Enters the Field

Level 12 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Martin Kabrhel
Martin Kabrhel

Martin Kabrhel has never won a WSOP bracelet or WSOP Circuit ring in Pot-Limit Omaha. In 2018, he won Event #14: €550 NLHE/Omaha Mixed for €12,932.

Having final-tabled the €550 Pot-Limit Omaha event earlier today, and bust the Mini Main Event, he has now entered the €2,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event and will be hoping for another deep run.

Kvisthammar Eliminated

Level 12 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Peter Kvisthammar was all in for around 40,000 against Nuno Nascimento.

Peter Kvisthammar: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}
Nuno Nascimento: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}

Approximately 18% of the time, this hand would end in a chop, but Nascimento spiked a pair on the {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{6-Clubs} flop. The turn {7-Hearts} gave Kvisthammar a flush draw, but the river was the {q-Clubs} and he was eliminated.
