Pichierri Exits in a Brutal Way

Level 11 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Alessandro Pichierri
Alessandro Pichierri

Alessandro Pichierri opened the action by raising to 6,000 from early position and got a call from Krisztian Kis from the button and Boris Kuzmanovic made it 40,000 from the big blind.

Pichierri clicked it back to 77,000 and Kis folded. Kuzmanovic asked to see the stack of Pichierri before announcing all-in.

Pichierri snap-called and althought he was at risk of elimination, he was in very good shape as his {k-Hearts}{k-Spades} was way ahead of Kuzmanovic's {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}.

The flop however came with an ace {a-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and Pichierri was looking for one out only. The turn {7-Diamonds} and the river {5-Spades} completed the board and Pichierri was eliminated.
