Stefanelli Hits the Rail

Level 13 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

With action being picked up after the first draw, Bruno Stefanelli checked from the big blind and Alexander Dovzhenko bet. Stefanelli made the call and drew two while Dovzhenko drew one.

After the second draw Stefanelli lead out with a bet and in doing so put himself all in. Dovzhenko made the call to put Stefanelli at risk and the two agreed to peel the final draw for dramatic effect. Stefanelli chose to draw two while Dovzhenko drew one.

Bruno Stefanelli: 7x3x2x
Alexander Dovzhenko: 7x6x5x2x

Dovzhenko revealed first, with Jx being his final card to give him jack-high. Stefanelli first peeled 6x, meaning any non-pairing card below a queen would give him a full double up. Unfortunately for Stefanelli his second card was a Kx and he was sent to the rail courtesy of Dovzhenko who collected the last of his chips.
