Hrabec on Short End of Raising War
Level 15
: Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Roman Hrabec and Ioannis Angelou-Konstas got into a raising war blind-on-blind preflop. Eventually, all the chips went in the middle, with Hrabec being at risk.
Roman Hrabec: Q♠2♥
Iannis Angelou-Konstas: A♥Q♣
The board remained favorable for the superior hand, as the 10♥10♠4♠K♥3♦ runout formed no threat for Angelou-Konstas. Hrabec was eliminated after a short adventure on Day 2.
