Dvoress Gets Revenge
Level 23
: Blinds 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Santhosh Suvarna limped in from the small blind with A♥8♦ and Daniel Dvoress checked his option in the big blind with K♦3♥. The 9♣3♣6♦ flop was checked through before Suvarna bet out 400,000 on the 7♦ turn.
Dvoress made the call, and the J♥ river was put on the felt. Suvarna reverted to a check, and Dvoress quickly checked behind. Suvarna tabled his ace-high, but Dvoress' bottom pair was better and thus he won some chips back.
