Henrik Brockmann raised to 1,200 from the hijack and Santhosh Suvarna called from the cutoff. Daniel Kvesic also came along from the big blind, and all three players checked through the flop of 9♠6♦Q♠.
The action was then checked to Suvarna again on the 3♦ turn, but this time made a bet of 2,400. Kvesic folded but Brockmann stuck around with a call.
The 8♠ river was then knuckled down again and Brockmann showed A♣J♣ for ace-high. Suvarna tabled the winner with 7♠7♦ and took in his first pot of the Main Event.
