Boatman Fills Up to Bust Two More
Level 6
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Barny Boatman has been on a tear so far on Day 1, and his latest victims were Aleksandar Stefanovic and Hok Yiu Lee.
On a flop of 9♦4♥Q♥, Stefanovic moved all in for 17,000, Lee got his last 30,000 in the middle from early position, and Boatman had them both at risk in the small blind.
Aleksandar Stefanovic: A♦K♠Q♦8♦
Hok Yiu Lee: K♥K♦J♣9♥
Barny Boatman: A♥5♠4♣4♠
Stefanovic had top pair, Lee had a pair of kings, but both were behind Boatman's set of fours. The 9♣ turn gave Boatman a full house, and neither Stefanovic or Lee could improve on the Q♣ river as Boatman busted both players.
