Pascucci Has a Stroke of Luck

On a completed board of 55276 and with 37,000 in the middle, Simone Pascucci moved all in for 39,500 from the small blind.

Shawn Stroke in the big blind went deep into the tank and made the call. As soon as Pascucci turned over his hand Stroke let out an expletive and said "nice hand!" and mucked his hand. Pascucci had 54 for trip fives. As it was a showdown the dealer retrieved Stroke's hand from the muck and showed 107 for two pair.

Pedersen River Shove Gets Balogh to Bail

With 18,000 in the pot on the flop of 952, Vincent Pedersen bet 4,500 from the small blind and was called by Andras Balogh on the button.

Both players checked the 3 turn, but Pedersen announced all in on the J river and easily covered the remaining 24,000 chip stack of Balogh. The Hungarian didn't take that long to opt to fold and Pedersen grew his stack even further.
