Chun Hits the River to Decimate Desset
Level 13
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Heads-up on a flop of 9♥J♣Q♣, Jun-Beum Chun bet 23,000 from early position and Andrej Desset called to his immediate left.
The turn came the 7♥ and Chun moved all in for 30,500. Desset snap-called with Q♥Q♦ for top set, while Chun had K♠K♥.
The river brought the 10♦ and Chun improved to a straight as Desset slammed his chips on the felt in frustration and watched helplessly as the pot, and most of his stack, was pushed to Chun.
