Heads-up on a board of 7♥A♠7♣J♠, Oscar Ceron bet 5,500 from the button and Julien Martini called in the big blind.
The river was the 10♥ and Ceron bet 15,000. Martini quickly called. "Ace," Ceron announced, but Martini turned over 7♠2♠ for trips to win the pot.
"Wow, big blind special," tablemate Daniel Becker said.
