Pawel Wojciechowski: A8 All in

Berggren Doubles With Cowboys

Level 25 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Robin Berggren
Robin Berggren

Rachid El Yaacoubi limped from the small blind and Robin Berggren raised to 245,000 from the big blind. El Yaacoubi shoved to put Berggren all-in, and after looking back at his cards Berggren called.

Robin Berggren: KK All in
Rachid El Yaacoubi: A7

Berggren just had to avoid an ace to double up. The flop of 7K5 put Berggren firmly ahead with top set. The 8 on the turn meant El Yaacoubi was drawing dead as an inconsequential 10 fell on the river and the pot was sent toward Berggren.

Daniel Rezaei Eliminated in 22nd Place (€48,700)

Level 25 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Daniel Rezaei
Daniel Rezaei

Daniel Rezaei raised to 160,000 on the button. David Hochheim tossed in 480,000 in the small blind for a three-bet, which Rezaei clicked back to 880,000.

Hochheim did not deem that enough, however, and put Razaei all-in for 2,815,000. Razaei snap called the five-bet and the cards were tabled.

Daniel Rezaei: QQ All in
David Hochheim: A8

Hochheim had tried to pull a move but was a big underdog against Rezaei's queens. However, the 59A flop brought him top pair to reverse the situation.

Neither the 6 turn nor the 2 river could save Rezaei, who was sent to the exit after a brutal bad beat.
