Rachid El Yaacoubi opened from the cutoff and Simone Andrian defended from the big blind creating a pot of roughly 400,000 heading to the flop.

The flop came 7♣6♠4♥. Andrian bet 150,000 and El Yaacoubi called.

On the J♥ turn Andrian bet 740,000 and was once again called by El Yaacoubi.

Andrian moved all in on the K♦ river, covering El Yaacoubi who had a bit over 2,000,000 behind. El Yaacoubi used two time extensions before calling off for his remaining stack.

El Yaacoubi had a pair with Q♣Q♥ but Andrian had flopped two pair with 6♣4♣ to send the start-of-day chip leader to the rail and extend his lead over the rest of the field.

Ran Ilani raised his button to 160,000 with K♣8♠ and Pavel Svach defended in the big blind with J♦7♦. Ilani continued for 115,000 on the 10♥9♥J♣ flop and Svach check-called.

The 6♦ hit the turn, seeing Ilani sized up to 315,000. Svach stuck in a raise to 800,000, slightly less than half his stack. Ilani let his hand go and the pot was shipped to Svach.

Vladas Tamasauskas raised to 175,000 on the button and Ran Ilani defended his big blind. The flop fell 3♣K♣K♦ and was checked by Ilani. Tamasauskas continued for 90,000, which Ilani raised to 260,000.

Tamasuaskas stuck around and called to the 8♥ turn. Ilani placed a bet of 350,000 and Tamasauskas, undeterred, called. The 9♣ river then completed the board.

Ilani tossed out a bet of 100,000, one-seventeenth of the pot. Tamasauskas spent some time in the tank and then called. Ilani tabled K♥5♠ for trip kings, defeating the A♥9♥ of Tamasauskas, who had floated twice and rivered a pair.

Maganiello bet 375,000 on the 3♣ turn and was once again called by Andrian.

Both players checked the 2♠ river. Maganiello only had ace-high with A♦J♦ while Andrian had top pair with 10♦8♦ to take the pot.

Berggren just had to avoid an ace to double up. The flop of 7♣K♦5♣ put Berggren firmly ahead with top set. The 8♣ on the turn meant El Yaacoubi was drawing dead as an inconsequential 10♦ fell on the river and the pot was sent toward Berggren.

Daniel Rezaei raised to 160,000 on the button. David Hochheim tossed in 480,000 in the small blind for a three-bet, which Rezaei clicked back to 880,000.

Hochheim did not deem that enough, however, and put Razaei all-in for 2,815,000. Razaei snap called the five-bet and the cards were tabled.

Hochheim had tried to pull a move but was a big underdog against Rezaei's queens. However, the 5♠9♥A♣ flop brought him top pair to reverse the situation.

Neither the 6♣ turn nor the 2♠ river could save Rezaei, who was sent to the exit after a brutal bad beat.
