Claudio Di Giacomo raised to 180,000 in the hijack and Volodymyr Kokoulin called in the big blind.
Both players checked the Q♠10♠10♥ flop. The A♠ turn was also checked through and the 3♦ fell on the river.
Kokoulin checked for a third time and Di Giacomo quickly checked behind. Kokoulin showed A♦K♦Q♣J♥ for a straight and Di Giacomo mucked A♥K♥Q♦8♠ for two pair.
Hristiyan Banov opened the button to 280,000 and Claudio Di Giacomo shoved from the big blind. Banov called off his stack of 475,000.
Hristiyan Banov: A♦A♣10♥6♥
Claudio Di Giacomo: A♠K♠5♦5♣
Despite Di Giacomo flopping a king on the 7♦K♥4♥ board, the rest of the runout changed nothing as neither the Q♦ turn nor 9♦ river could eliminate Banov.
Stefan Kostner opened from under the gun to 250,000 and Tomasz Kozub called on the button. Hristiyan Banov also came along from the big blind.
The three saw a flop of 2♦A♥7♣ which Banov checked, and Kostner fired 550,000. Kozub called, and Banov then shoved for 720,000. Kostner and Kozub both called.
With Banov already all-in, the turn brought a 9♦ and Kostner shoved for 940,000. Kozub snap-called.
Hristiyan Banov: A♠Q♠J♠5♦
Stefan Kostner: A♦K♣J♥5♥
Tomasz Kozub: A♣10♦8♦2♣
Kozub had two pair plus both straight & flush draws and was the favorite to score a double knockout. Kostner and Banov shared some cards but the miracle Q♣ on the river gave the latter a bigger two pair, which gave him a triple-up.

The side pot went to Kozub, who was still scratching his head wondering how he isn't an overwhelming chip leader with four players remaining. Instead, only Kostner was eliminated which left five players in contention.
Claudio Di Giacomo raised to 300,000 in the small blind, Ivan Nikolov moved all in for 735,000 in the big blind, and Di Giacomo called.
Ivan Nikolov: Q♥10♥4♠3♠
Claudio Di Giacomo: A♥K♠K♣6♠
Di Giacomo was ahead with his kings, but the J♥5♥2♣ flop gave Nikolov some hope with a flush draw. The 9♣ turn also gave him a straight draw as Tomasz Kozub pretended to cover Nikolov's eyes heading to the river, which came the J♦ as Di Giacomo dodged all of Nikolov's outs to send him to the rail in fifth place.
Claudio Di Giacomo raised from under the gun to 225,000 and Tomasz Kozub called from the small blind with A♣J♣6♦4♦. Volodymyr Kokoulin also called out of the big blind.
On the flop of 7♣9♠K♥, it checked to Di Giacomo, who fired 280,000. Kozub quickly got out of the way then Kokoulin made it 1,575,000. Di Giacomo shoved, and Kokoulin called off his stack of 3,085,000.
Volodymyr Kokoulin: K♦Q♠9♥7♥
Claudio Di Giacomo: K♠K♣Q♥8♣
It was a dream situation for Di Giacomo who was a huge favorite to take over as the chip leader, and would do so if he faded some of the backdoor draws of Kokoulin.
However, poker is never easy and the 3♥ dropped on the turn, which gave Kokoulin a flush draw. That flush draw was completed when the 6♥ rolled off on the river, much to the disbelief of Di Giacomo.
From the brink of elimination, Kokoulin now surges into the chip lead with almost 7,000,000, and Di Giacomo becomes the short stack with less than ten big blinds.
Claudio Di Giacomo raised to 350,000 under the gun, Tomasz Kozub three-bet to 900,000 on the button, and Di Giacomo moved all in for 935,000. Kozub called for an additional 35,000.
Claudio Di Giacomo: A♠7♦6♠3♥
Tomasz Kozub: A♥K♦J♥9♦
The K♥9♥5♠ flop gave Kozub top two pair and a flush draw, while Di Giacomo was looking to complete a straight draw. The 5♣ turn was no help to Di Giacomo, while the river was the 5♦ as Di Giacomo graciously slid his chips over to Kozub and gave him a fist bump on his way to the exit as the fourth-place finisher.
