Saliba Stays in Contention
Level 20
: 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Vivian Saliba raised to 54,000 as first to act. Eran Carmi spent some time in the big blind before defending and seeing a flop of K♠J♠6♣ appear.
Carmi checked and Saliba pushed all in for 118,000. Another tank followed, but ultimately Carmi called off to put Saliba at risk.
Vivian Saliba: A♣K♥J♣8♥
Eran Carmi: 10♥9♥6♦5♦
Saliba's two pair was up against the gutshot of Carmi. The 7♠ river brought Carmi some more out, but the 10♠ river gave Saliba a straight instead to double up.
