Bogdan Busts Two Players With Aces

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

The flop showed 384 with Samuel Albeck and Fahredin Mustafov having checked to Cristian Bogdan in the cutoff, who fired out a bet of 2,700. Alon Huberman called on the button, and Albeck called out of the big blind, but Mustafov folded.

After Albeck checked the 9 turn, Bogdan bet 15,100 for the size of the pot. Huberman shoved for roughly 50,000 and Albeck committed his last 17,000 into the middle as well. Bogdan barely had Huberman covered and decided to make the call to put both players at risk.

Samuel Albeck: AQ106 All in
Alon Huberman: KQ109 All in
Cristian Bogdan: AAKJ

Bogdan was ahead with his pair of aces but had to fade a lot of outs on the river to win the pot. The river fell favorably for Bogdan as the 8 came, giving him the winner with two pair, aces and eights, which sent Albeck and Huberman to the rail.

Zhelev Runs Aces Into Aces

Level 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Danail Zhelev
Danail Zhelev

Aviv Zohar raised to 1,100 in the hijack and Arturo Paduano called in the small blind. Danail Zhelev then squeezed in a three-bet to 4,400 in the big blind, only to be reraised to 14,300 by Zohar.

Paduano quickly got out of the way. Zhelev, on the other hand, tossed in a call to see the flop of 544.

Zhelev checked to Zohar, who put in a tiny bet of 4,000. Zhelev raised to 36,000, after which Zohar quickly jammed all in for 43,000. Zhelev called off for 41,000, putting himself at risk.

Danail Zhelev: AA77 All in
Aviv Zohar: AA54

Both players had aces preflop, but Zohar's hand had been improved to a full house by the flop. Zhelev needed a seven to win the pot, a feat he would not accomplish when the board ran out 86.

Chatzopoulos Wins Three-Bet Pot; Fiorillo Falls to Aleksic

Level 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

[Removed:518] raised to 1,000 in the hijack and was three-bet to 3,000 by Apostolos Chatzopoulos on the button.

Rozomashvili check-called Chatzopoulos' bet of 1,800 on the 696 flop but quickly check-folded once Chatzopoulos bet 3,600 on the A turn.

Meanwhile, Pasquale Fiorillo had departed the tournament, seemingly having lost his chips against Filip Aleksic, who was seen with more than two starting stacks, and Samuel Stranak took his seat at the table.
