Awad Finds Hero Fold Preflop, Hulst Busts Kaspari

Level 24 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Mousa Awad
Mousa Awad

Daniel Kaspari called for 40,000 from early position. Erik van Hulst then reraised to 90,000 from early position. Mousa Awad then made it 180,000 from the cutoff.

Action folded back around to Kaspari who moved all in for 345,000. Van Hulst then moved all in and had Kaspari covered. Awad then went into the tank and had both players covered. He found the fold in the end and the players showed down.

Daniel Kaspari: JJAll in
Erik van Hulst: AA

"I folded kings" claimed Awad.

"Did you really have kings?" asked Van Hulst.

"Yes" replied Awad, which earned him a fist bump from Van Hulst.

Awad would have scooped a huge one if he made the call as the K210 would have provided him with top set. However it was Van Hulst's aces that held across the 3 turn and 8 river.

Martin Kabrhel
Martin Kabrhel

Ramana Epparla opened from early position to 30,000 and Patrick Grassmann shoved for 220,000 from the cutoff. Martin Kabrhel was in the small blind and shoved for around 350,000, which got the rest of the table to fold.

Patrick Grassmann: 88 All in
Martin Kabrhel: AA

Kabrhel had his man right where he wanted him, and the runout of 7J5Q4 didn't change anything, which meant Grassman was sent to the payout desk.

Michal Schuh

In a pot that had around 75,000 chips in the middle on a flop of 2J10, Emanuel Gohar had checked it over to Michal Schuh, who bet 40,000. Gohar then check-raised to 110,000, and Schuh called.

A 5 dropped on the turn and Gohar made another bet of 140,000. Schuh then shoved for 309,000, and Gohar went into the tank. After around four minutes of thinking, Gohar elected to fold.

"I'm trying to find a bluff. You can take it," said Gohar before he folded.

"I was actually value betting," he added.

Schuh stayed relatively quiet as he raked in the big pot, which boosted his stack to around 750,000.

Butuc needed to hit a spade to best Grasso's flush, but the 9 river did not improve his overpair, resulting in his elimination

Also spotted at this table was Amiel Gamliel, who played a monstrous stack of 140 big blinds.

With around 90,000 chips already in the pot on a board of 7988, Lukasz Adamczewski had checked it over to Michal Riczak, who bet 24,000. Adamczewski then stuck in a check-raise to 80,000, whcih Riczak called after some pondering.
