Kozub Surprised to Find Kings Good
Level 6
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
The entire table, excluding Maksim Shuts on the button, put in 1,200 to see a flop of A♠10♠10♣, which was quickly checked through to the A♦ turn.
Tomasz Kozub fired out a bet of 1,600 when action was checked to him, and only Nikolaos Lampropoulos in the cutoff called.
The 8♦ river was checked through, and Kozub was surprised to see his K♥K♣J♠5♠, for two pair, aces and kings, was good versus Lampropoulos' Q♠Q♦K♠Xx, (the other card being sent to the muck) for two pair aces and queens.
