Dorian Melchers: Q♥Q♠

Melchers had Stange dominated with his queens, and the 4♠K♥6♣7♠3♣ board kept him in the lead to earn him a double up.
At the same time at another table, Miguel Angel Alvarez was all in for 160,000 from the button and up against big stack Matteo Intiso in the small blind.
Miguel Angel Alvarez: K♣Q♥

From the hijack, Vivian Saliba jammed for 139,000, and the action folded around to Alexandru Farcasanu in the big blind. Farcasanu looked at his cards and then went into the tank. The shove was for almost half of his stack, and after giving it some thought, Farcasanu stuck in the call.

Alexandru Farcasanu: A♠10♠
Saliba had the goods with big slick and looked poised to double up through Farcasanu.
The flop of 6♠Q♥Q♦ kept Saliba in the lead, while the K♠ turn improved her to a pair of kings and gave Farcasanu straight and flush outs. A 8♦ completed the board and Saliba remained in the tournament.

David Wintersberger: 8♣8♠
Rank was racing for his tournament life, but he couldn't connect with the 10♥7♦3♦2♥9♣ board as Wintersberger's eights stayed in the lead to send Rank to the rail.
Jaroslav Stulhofer min-raised from middle position and Denis Turay three-bet out of the hijack. After a bit of thinking, Stulhofer four-bet ripped it for around 165,000, and Turay made the call.
Jaroslav Stulhofer: A♠A♦
Denis Turay: A♣Q♦
Stulhofer had the preflop nuts and managed to stay ahead through the 7♦5♥8♦6♥K♣ runout despite Turay picking up some chop outs on the turn.
Stulhofer moved up to over 300,000 and Turay was down to just over ten big blinds.
Andreas Loesche made it 22,000 from early position with Steffen Kaschel calling from the cutoff. Viorel Gavrila squeeed all in for 120,000 from the big blind, which only Loesche called.
Viorel Gavrila: 8♠8♣
Andreas Loesche :K♣K♦
Gavrila was already out of his seat upon seeing he needed a date with an eight to beat the cowboys of Loesche.
Gavrilla found the flop he needed to take the lead as it came 8♦J♠Q♣ to give him a set. The rest of the board ran out 6♦7♥, and Gavrila stayed alive thanks to a lot of help from the dealer.
Aaron Duczak moved all in for 60,000 in middle position, Ivo Donev shoved for his last 56,000 in the big blind, while Pawel Wojciechowski put both opponents at risk on the button.
Ivo Donev: 10♣6♣
Aaron Duczak: K♥J♦
Pawel Wojciechowski: 9♠9♦
The 9♥5♣7♦ flop gave Wojciechowski top set and left him poised for the double knockout, but the 8♣ turn improved Donev to a straight. The J♣ river also gave Donev a flush and he tripled up, while Duczak was sent to the rail.
