Kacprzak Frazzles Frainge
Level 5
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
A pot of 65,000 had developed by the river, on a board of A♥8♠5♥3♦6♣, in a hand between Marcin Kacprzak in middle position, and Benjamin Frainge in the small blind.
Frainge led out with a bet of 26,000, and was met with a jam with the covering stack by Kacprzak.
Frainge, who had around 45,000 behind, went into the tank, but after around two minutes, made the call.
He tabled A♠K♦ for top pair aces, and exclaimed "Wow, crazy river!" when Kacprzak turned over 9♥7♥ for the rivered straight, having held a flush draw on the flop.
