Novotny's River Overbet Gets Paid by Hissou
Level 5
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
On a completed board of 2♣3♥K♦J♠A♣ and with around 5,000 in the middle, Tomas Novotny bet 10,000 from the big blind. Sirzat Hissou, who started the hand on the button, mulled it over for a while before deciding to call.
Novotny turned over the nuts with Q♦10♣ for a backdoor straight and the pot went over to him.
