Sklenicka Leaps Into the Chip Lead as Ertural Bluffs it Off

Level 14 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Harun Ertural just bluffed off his stack to Michael Sklenicka, who appears to be the new chip leader late on Day 2.

The action was picked up on the river with the board reading 225106. There was around 350,000 in the pot when Ertural shoved 237,000 in from under the gun. Sklenicka confirmed the count and then tossed in a few chips to make the call.

Ertural tapped the table multiple times as if to say “nice call,” then sheepishly flipped over A9 for a pure bluff. Sklenicka then revealed a pair of jacks with JJ, and that was enough to send his stack soaring to around 1,500,000.
